A friend recommended the Prodigy and what a recommendation it was; I never realized how bad I had it before. The Prodigy allows you to set the maximum braking utilizing easy to follow directions. This will keep brakes from locking up. It then lets you set a pre-load or starting point which you base on the weight of the trailer, the higher the setting the more initial braking resistance. Highly recommended product, you won't be sorry.
