works great, have both the 8inch extension and straight version.
The factory support was awesome.
Be careful on using 8inch extension, with the standard hitch (32" long) as it will most likely be too long to use it and you will hit the side of your bed. (F250 2002)
If they made a 4inch extension you could do it, OR if you lift it up higher than the bed it would work.
With V12 you don't need to lubricate the ball, i have done this for 18 months and no wear as the metal is harden.
You will need a 2 inch ID x 4ft long pipe to install it!
