A new innovation in forward thinking ... locking ball mount protrudes when open to lock in place and prevent theft. Locking cylinder is flush when closed for easy removal. Features a grade 6 corrosion resistance, stainless steel pins and cylinder shell. Class III Locking ball mounts are available in 2" and 4" drops.
